I’m Lana — the person behind Unfiltered Movement.

My work sits at the intersection of movement, structure, and care. I support people through personal training, online coaching, yoga (including my indulgence of philosophy), bodywork/massage and music.

Always with the understanding that no two journeys look the same.

My why

Unfiltered Movement exists because life is not linear, we move in such unfiltered way and therefore neither is growth or happiness.

Bodies change. Capacity shifts. Minds grow or, even better slow. Circumstances evolve. What we need from movement, support, or structure rarely stays the same for long.

This space was created to allow for that, without pressure, comparison, or rigid expectations.

I want to encourage movement to be the safest and most exciting part of everyone’s day! Where we get to be us, no judgment and indulge in being alive.

  • Movement should support your life, not dominate it

  • Strength includes adaptability, rest, and awareness

  • Support should meet you where you are — not where you “should” be

  • Organisation and structure can be grounding, not overwhelming
